Welcome to our 170th edition of the Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show!

Our Fall tradition offers Commercial Exhibitors and Concessionaires the opportunity to promote and merchandise specialty products and food to approximately 120,000 visitors during the 7 day Fair. The success of any event lies in its planning and organization and the Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show is no exception. Our organization's team consists of many volunteers and an experienced and enthusiastic staff who offer an unbeatable combination of talent, expertise and energy.

As Ontario's oldest agricultural Fair we're also ranked the fifth largest event of its kind in the Province competing with the Canadian National Exhibition, The Royal Winter Fair, and "city" fairs in London and Ottawa. Festival & Events Ontario recently awarded us as one of the Top 100 Festivals and Events of close to 5,000 events that happen in the province of Ontario. We were also recently awarded "Fair of the Year" sponsored by World's Finest Shows and recognized as a "Core Attractor" for Norfolk County based on the premier ranked tourism process. The fair was also presented with the "Best Idea" award in November from Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions beating out the Calgary Stampede. Our Fair attracts an average of 120,000 patrons each year. We host approximately 250 exhibitors indoors and outdoors and a variety of features including a Midway by Worlds Finest Shows, an indoor entertainment complex and a large Grandstand with daily and nightly entertainment hosting some extraordinary Canadian talent along with perennial fair favourites such as demolition derbies, monster truck shows, tractor pulls and more. All attractions and shows are included in admission to the fair. Young Canada Day on opening Day, Tuesday is a student celebration as all Norfolk Schools are given the day off and attend the Fair competing in our grandstand for tug-o-war, road races and cheerleading championships. Other features include; Horse, Livestock and Poultry Shows, Homecraft and Agricultural Competitions, Art and Photography competitions, Battle of the Bands, a BMX Bike competition and lots more.

The policy of the Fair is that the previous year's exhibitors have first option on their space. Normally we do not have all the space allocations complete for our previous years exhibitors until late May or early June. If you are interested in exhibiting at the Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show please fill in the application and return to our office by fax, email or mail. If a suitable space becomes available and your application is approved, you will be contacted by telephone. If your application is approved, and a contract is issued for you to exhibit at the Fair the contract arrangements are not considered complete until the signed contract has been returned, your payment received in full and a copy of your liability insurance certificate is received indicating that you are covered for the period of the Fair.
